Processing and delivery

Orders are generally prepared within 1–3 business days. Estimated transit time is then 5–10 business days, depending on destination and carrier. The estimate shown before payment applies.

Charges, duties and taxes

Shipping charges or free-shipping eligibility appear before payment. Import duties, taxes or handling charges may apply outside the European Union and may remain payable by the recipient.

Tracking and address changes

When available, tracking is emailed after dispatch. Verify your address before payment and report errors immediately. Changes cannot be guaranteed once processing starts.

Delay, loss or damage
